Contact our Customer Care team within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to cancel before shipment — once an order enters fulfillment, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused wigs within 30 days of delivery. Each order includes one free return within that window.

2.1 Return conditions

Items must be in original condition: uncut, unwashed, unbleached hair; unchanged color; lace untouched (no cutting or trimming). For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept used wigs.

2.2 How to start a return

1. Contact Customer Care within 30 days with your order number, reason, and photos if requested.
2. Receive return address after your request is approved.
3. Refund processed within 24 hours once we receive and inspect the item.

3. Exchanges

Follow the same return process. After approval, our team confirms the exchange item and any price difference. Once we receive your return, the replacement ships within 3 business days.

4. Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 24 hours after inspection. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
