Zivahair may provide you with an account identification and password to access certain portions of this Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you are deemed authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with this agreement. Zivahair has no obligation to investigate the source of any such access or use.

By accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Subject to the terms of this agreement, Zivahair grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site via your Internet browser solely for personal shopping purposes — not for commercial use or on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by Zivahair in advance. Any violation of this Agreement may result in immediate revocation of this license without notice.

Unless explicitly permitted by Zivahair in advance, all materials on this Site — including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, downloads, video clips, and other content (collectively, the "Contents") — are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by Zivahair in writing.

Zivahair reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including if we believe customer conduct violates applicable laws or is harmful to Zivahair's interests.

You are solely responsible for all access to and use of this Site by anyone using the password and identification assigned to you, whether or not such access is authorized by you — including all communications, transmissions, and financial obligations incurred through such access or use.

You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of your password and identification. You shall immediately notify Zivahair of any unauthorized use of your password or identification, or any other breach or threatened breach of this Site's security.

Zivahair sincerely respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any image or content on this Site infringes your copyright, please contact us and we will review and remove the material as appropriate.

For safety and security, each customer is allowed to create only one registered account by default. For customers who attempt to create multiple accounts, Zivahair reserves the right to suspend accounts without further notice.

Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.

In accordance with customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate data. All consignee names, addresses, and payer names should be valid. Certain countries require the consignee to submit an ID or passport to clear the package or for payment verification. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of information provided. Should incorrect information prevent shipment, delivery, or customs clearance, Zivahair shall not be held responsible and will not offer compensation in such cases.

Zivahair will always comply with applicable law, and we kindly remind users to do the same. As the importer, customers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in their own countries. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Please note that there may be certain orders we are unable to accept and must cancel. Zivahair reserves the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in cancellation include limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention team. We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required.

Zivahair is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions, such as birthdays or other events. We encourage customers to place orders in advance to allow sufficient delivery time. All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping carriers are considered delivered. Zivahair cannot be held liable for non-delivery once a carrier marks an order as delivered.

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, anything you submit or post to the Site and/or provide to Zivahair — including ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") — is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the Submission and all related intellectual property rights (excluding moral rights such as authorship rights) to Zivahair without charge.

Zivahair shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, display, publish, transmit, adapt, and create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of Zivahair and shall not be returned to you. You agree not to raise any dispute in connection with any future use of your Submission by Zivahair.

You warrant that your Submissions are clear and free of any intellectual property infringement, disputes, or third-party claims. You undertake to defend and indemnify Zivahair against any losses caused by the use of your Submissions.

When you post reviews or comments, you also grant Zivahair the right to use the name you submit in connection with such content. You represent that you own or control all rights to the content you post and that use by Zivahair will not infringe third-party rights. You shall not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or mislead Zivahair or third parties as to the origin of any Submission. Zivahair may, but is not obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions for any reason.

Unless otherwise provided, Zivahair will comply only with its minimum packing standards for the method of transportation selected. The cost of all special packing, loading, or bracing requested by the buyer will be paid by the buyer. All costs of packing and shipment for the buyer's special requirements shall be paid by the buyer.

Unless otherwise provided, Zivahair shall use its judgment in determining carrier and routing. In either case, Zivahair shall not be liable for any delays or excessive transportation charges resulting from its selection.

Discounts apply only to the invoiced value of products (not to taxes or freight charges). Zivahair reserves the right to require advance payment or satisfactory security if the buyer's financial condition so warrants. If the buyer fails to make payment in accordance with this agreement or fails to comply with any provisions hereof, Zivahair may, at its option (in addition to other remedies), cancel any unshipped portion of the order. The buyer remains liable for all unpaid amounts.

Prices do not include taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes are paid by the buyer upon invoice unless the buyer provides a valid exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authority, or unless Zivahair is forbidden by law from collecting such taxes. Import or export licenses are to be secured by the buyer.

Online purchases (gift items excluded unless stated otherwise) made through zivahair.com may be eligible for exchange or return within 30 days from the date you have received all item(s) in your order, subject to our Delivery & Returns policy.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging. If items show signs of wear, washing, dyeing, lace trimming, strap alteration, or other modification, the customer may be responsible for associated fees and no refund may be issued. This applies to human-hair and premium synthetic wigs alike.

Where free returns or exchanges are offered in eligible regions, please contact us before sending items back. We will provide a prepaid shipping label once your return request is confirmed, where applicable.

By subscribing to Zivahair's email or SMS marketing programs, you agree to receive a varying number of marketing messages via email and/or SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply HELP for help or contact support@zivahair.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS marketing. You may also unsubscribe from emails using the link in any marketing message.

zivahair.com is operated by ZIVAHAIR INTERNATIONAL (HONG KONG) LIMITED. Zivahair shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God; acts of the buyer; civil or military authority, including wage and price controls; fires; war; riot; delays in transportation; lack of or inability to obtain raw materials, components, labor, fuel, or supplies; or other circumstances beyond Zivahair's reasonable control.

If certain quantities are affected and others are not, the quantities affected shall be eliminated without liability, but the agreement shall remain in effect for the remainder. Zivahair may, during any period of shortage due to such causes, allocate supply among its customers in a manner it deems fair and reasonable. In no event shall Zivahair be liable for special or consequential damages for any delay.
