At Zivahair, we love our customers and want you to love your purchases — without the stress of being stuck with an item that isn't right. We understand the challenges of shopping online and will always do our best to make returns and delivery smooth.

Policies & guidelines

  1. Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through zivahair.com are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
  2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (If the original strap attached to a U-part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed or dyed, the item will not be considered unused.)
  3. Free returns and exchanges are available in select regions. If you need a prepaid shipping label, please contact us first — we'll send one once your return request is confirmed.

Step 1: Log in to your account and click "My Orders".

Step 2: Choose the order you would like to return and select a request type.

Step 3: Fill in the corresponding information and click Submit.

Don't have an account? Email support@zivahair.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours once your returned package is received and inspected.

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within several business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
  2. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout.
  3. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page.
  4. Shipping fees and delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders.
