Online purchases (gift items excluded unless stated otherwise) may be eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive all items in your order.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

• Unused, undamaged, and in original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Free from alteration (including lace trimming, strap cutting, washing, or dyeing)

If an item does not meet these conditions, Zivahair may decline the refund or deduct applicable fees.

1. Contact us at support@zivahair.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions (including a prepaid label where eligible).
3. Ship the item back using the approved method and keep your tracking number.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm approval or explain any issues.

Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours after your returned package is received and inspected.

Funds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

The following may not be eligible for refund unless required by law or explicitly stated at purchase:

• Final sale or clearance items marked non-returnable
• Gift cards or digital products
• Items that have been worn, washed, dyed, cut, or otherwise altered
• Products returned without original packaging or tags
